Our Story

A different approach.

Ever Creative isn’t a full-service agency trying to sell you services you don’t need. We focus on what we do best: creating strategic content that captures your brand and streamlining your content workflows so you can produce more high-quality work faster. With our process-driven approach, content creation and content management is more efficient and effective.

Creativity at the core.

We approach every project through a creative lens. With a foundation in both professional and creative writing, we bring fresh perspective, thoughtful word choice, and a storyteller’s touch to everything we do. Even in industries that may not feel inherently creative, our work is shaped by curiosity, clarity, and an eye for what makes content compelling and the mundane meaningful.

Meet Our Founder

The Ever Creative team expands and contracts depending on a project’s scope. We partner with talented content experts to deliver impactful content — and it’s all led by our founder, Chelsea Hill.

  • Founder

A journalist by training and storyteller at heart, Chelsea Hill (Young) is a professional writer and editor with over 12 years of experience. After getting her master’s degree in professional writing, she built her career as a magazine editor, a content strategist, and a university instructor, all while growing her freelance business from a side hustle to a full-time job. Ever Creative (formerly Young Creative) has helped dozens of brands connect with their audiences through messaging that makes an impact.

Chelsea’s personal creative writing pursuits include dabbling in poetry, editing her not-yet-published novels, and publishing a children’s book, The Color of Mother, as part of the Color Everything book series. Chelsea lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband and their two dogs, a bichon-poo and a lab.

“Having worked with Chelsea as part of the same brand, as colleagues at the helm of parallel publications, and through our network of professionals, I have experienced her contributions to the world of writing first-hand. With her experiential approach to storytelling, Chelsea’s words transcend the print journalism platform and invite readers along for the adventure, and her expertise in cross-platform engagement keeps them coming back for more. Chelsea makes those around her better writers, editors, and professionals by captivating them with her curiosity and never missing an opportunity to share something new.”
